Things to Bring for Your Dig Dig Land Adventure

1. Comfortable Clothing: Wear lightweight, breathable clothes suitable for outdoor play.
2. Closed-Toe Shoes: Ensure safety and comfort while digging and exploring.
3. Sun Protection: Bring a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses for sunny days.
4. Water Bottle: Stay hydrated during your adventure.
5. Change of Clothes: Kids might get a little messy, so an extra set is handy.
6. Towels/Wipes: For quick cleanups after play.
7. Raincoat: Be prepared for unexpected rain! Don’t worry if you forget – raincoats are available for purchase on-site.

Excavator , Mini Crane & Rc Zone Rules

1. Playtime Limit: Each visitor is allocated 10 minutes of playtime per session on the excavators , mini cranes and remote control zone. 
2. Requeue for Additional Play: If you wish to play longer, you are required to requeue for another turn to allow everyone a fair chance to enjoy.
3. Follow Staff Instructions: Ensure you operate the equipment safely and listen to the staff’s guidance at all times.
4. Stay Seated: Remain seated while operating the equipment to avoid accidents.
5. Respect Others: Be mindful of other participants waiting for their turn.
6. Weight allow: The Excavator Zone is designed for participants weighing less than 100kg to ensure safety and optimal operation.

Bad Weather Plan

1. Light Drizzle:
   • Activities will proceed as normal.
   • Raincoats are required for all participants. (Raincoats are available for purchase on-site.)
2. Heavy Rain or Thunderstorms:
   • All activities will be temporarily stopped for safety reasons.
   • Participants who have attended the event for more than 45 minutes will not be eligible for rescheduling but will receive a $10 voucher for their next visit.
   • Participants who have attended the event for less than 45 minutes will have the option to:
     • Reschedule to another day.
     • Be placed in the next available time slot, subject to availability.
3. Pre-Event Rescheduling:
   • Rescheduling is allowed up to 1 hour before the event in case of expected rain.
4. Refund Policy:
   • Refunds will not be available under any of the above options.

9. Wear Protective Gear: Use helmets, gloves, or other provided safety gear when required.
10. Respect Others: Be mindful of other participants and share equipment and spaces responsibly.
