What are the operating hours?
Open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (May refer to the time slot available) 
  • Day Shift: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM
What should we bring?
Please bring comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, water bottles, and raincoats (available for purchase on-site if needed). A full list of recommended items is available in the "What to Bring" section.
What happens in bad weather?
  • Light drizzle: Activities proceed as normal (raincoats required).
  • Heavy rain: Activities may pause for safety. Rescheduling options are available based on time spent. Check our "Guideline" for details.
How do I book a session?
Simply click on the "Book Here" button on our website to select your preferred date and time.
Are there time limits for activities?
  • Yes, activities like the excavator, mini crane sessions & RC Zone are limited to 10 minutes per turn. Additional playtime is available by requeuing.
  • The entire event is designed to provide 1.5 hours of engaging and fun-filled playtime. For more information please check under the section "Guideline"
Can parents accompany their child?
  • yes, one accompanying parent is free of charge. Additional parents or guardians are chargeable.
Is it safe for kids?
  • Absolutely! Our zones are designed with safety in mind, including trained staff, safety equipment, and clear guidelines for all activities. For more information please read the section under "Guideline" 
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Rescheduling is allowed up to 1 hour before your event time. Refunds are not available.
Are food and drinks available on-site?
We do not have food stalls or restaurants available in the morning or afternoon, but vending machines are available on site. 
Bar restaurant are available only after 5pm
What if my child gets scared or doesn’t want to participate?
We encourage kids to try, but participation is voluntary. Speak with our friendly staff for alternative activities or options.
