What are the operating hours?
Open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (May refer to the time slot available) 
  • Friday 0430PM & 6.00PM 
  • Saturday and Sunday 9AM - 6PM 
  • Open on Certain Public holiday (may refer to the booking system time slot) 
What should we bring?
Please bring comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, water bottles, and raincoats (available for purchase on-site if needed). A full list of recommended items is available in the "What to Bring" section.
What happens in bad weather?
Light Drizzle:
Activities will proceed as normal.
Raincoats are required for all participants. (Raincoats are available for purchase on-site.)
Rescheduling is available if preferred.

2.Heavy Rain or Thunderstorms:
 All activities will be temporarily stopped for safety reasons.
   Participants who have attended the event for more than 30 minutes will not be eligible for rescheduling but will receive a $10 voucher for their next visit.
Participants who have attended the event for less than 30 minutes will have the option to:
Reschedule to another day.
Be placed in the next available time slot, subject to availability.
Pre-Event Rescheduling:
Rescheduling is allowed up to 1 hour before the event in case of expected rain.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will not be available under any of the above options.  Check under our ticker description in our booking system for details.
How do I book a session?
Simply click on the "Book Here" button on our website to select your preferred date and time.
Are there time limits for activities?
  • Yes, activities like the excavator and mini crane sessions are limited to 10 minutes per turn. Additional playtime is available by requeuing.
  • 1 Admission includes 1 Hour of experience at Dig Dig Land
Can parents accompany their child?
yes, 1 child (below 12 years old) must be accompanied by at least one responsible adult with a valid adult admission ticket.
 Adult admission ticket chargeable at $10 per pax. (You are able to purchase it at the check out page) 
Are food and drinks available on-site?
We do not have food stalls or restaurants available in the morning or afternoon, but vending machines are available on site. 
Bar restaurant are available only after 5pm
Can I reschedule if my child is unwell?
Yes, you can reschedule if your child is unwell—simply use the reschedule link provided in the email confirmation we sent you. If you need any assistance, please WhatsApp us at +65 8062 8148 at least one hour before your scheduled event, and we’ll be happy to help you find a suitable alternative date or time.
Can tourists book the experience?
Yes, absolutely! Tourists are welcome to book our events. Simply follow the booking process on our website or contact us directly for assistance. We look forward to having you join us!
Why I can't book or reschedule?
As the booking system is regularly updated, we recommend using the latest iOS version or clearing your browser cache before you book or reschedule your session. If you continue to face issues, you may also try using a computer. Alternatively, if you require support you may WhatsApp us at +65 8062 8148 and we’ll be happy to assist you with the booking
Below 2 year old can enter for free?
Yes, 2-year-olds are allowed to enter the site for free, but must be tagged by a valid junior ticket holder aged 2 to 12 years old
Are we allow to walk in?
yes we are allowed to walk in; however, it is subject to availability and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. So we highly recommend coming down early to purchase your ticket. Once the time slot is fully booked, ticket sales will be closed for that time slot.
