  5. Confirmation: Upon confirmation, we will send the activity planning, invoice, and secure the event date & time.
  6. Share Activity Planning: Ensure the activity planning is shared with your in-charge and teachers attending to familiarize them with the activity outline.
  7. Gather Sign-Ups: Collect sign-ups from parents.
  8. Book Your Bus
    Ensure to book your bus in advance, calculate the distance from the school to our site, and add extra time to account for potential morning traffic to avoid delays.
  9. Finalize Numbers: Confirm the final number of participants 1-2 weeks before the event.
  10. Decide on snack options - Goodie bag or sunshine bread 
  11. On the Day of the Event
